So starting starting off from the beginning, what inspired you to become a teacher?
I became a teacher because I wanted to make a positive difference in students’ lives. I always believed that education can change someone’s future, and I wanted to be part of that journey.
I see, so what is your favorite part about teaching?
My favorite part of teaching is seeing students grow both academically and personally. Watching them understand something new or gain confidence brings me a lot of joy.
Yeah obviously getting to understand students and helping them always work on themselves is a crucial part of teaching. So what do you find most challenging about being a teacher?
The most challenging part is balancing the different needs of students. Every student learns in their own way, and finding the right approach for everyone takes patience and creative.
Patience is key as they say and I admire that in teachers. What advice would you give to students who want to succeed?
Stay consistent, stay curious, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Success comes from small daily efforts, not from one big moment.
So inspiring Ms. Reshma. Finally what is one thing you wish all students understood about teachers?

I wish students understood that teachers truly care about them. We put in a lot of time, energy, and thought to help them learn and become the best versions of themselves.
Yes I believe every student should realise this, the sooner the better. Anyways this concludes our interview with you today Ms. Reshma, thank you for taking your time with us and enjoy the rest of your day.
My pleasure boys and really thank you for giving me this opportunity.
